ATC is dedicated to supporting our fallen heroes and honoring them with a wreath at their gravesite during this holiday season. There are over 20,000 grave sites in the cemetery and in recent years through donations and the 5K run, this program was able to cover most of the graves with wreaths.

Each year, ATC helps sponsor the WAA 5K, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will not be a 5k run event.  Instead, we will be collecting wreath donations ($15 each or 3 for $30), or other donation amounts.  Please make your donation by 30 Nov.  Donations can also be made directly to

The wreath laying will occur on 19 December and all are welcome to assist with the event.

Did you know that more than 80% of triathletes report some sort of overuse injury in the half-year before a big race, with almost 20% of those having injuries that are severe enough to significantly interrupt their training?

Branden Cohen, DPT, one of the Annapolis area's foremost physical therapists, knows these statistics all too well. He also has worked with dozens of local triathletes, not only to get them to the starting line, but to help them finish strong and race another day.

Besides having his doctorate in physical therapy, Branden is certified in manual therapy, select functional movement assessment, dry needling, the Graston technique, and is a certified Mulligan practitioner.

On October 28, Branden will be the featured speaker at an Injury Prevention Workshop exclusively for members of the Annapolis Triathlon Club (via Zoom). He'll be offering tips on how to prevent some of the most common triathlon injuries, followed by a Q&A.

The workshop is free but please RSVP in advance for this meeting:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Also, please fill out this form so that Branden can tailor his remarks to the specific needs of attendees:
